The Client is responsible for booking each program session individually. Sessions can be booked in the coaching dashboard or at While this program offers scheduling flexibility, it is recommended to book sessions approximately every two weeks.

Each session will begin and end promptly. Please be on time.

If the Client needs to cancel and reschedule an appointment, the Client must do so at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the Client will forfeit that session and will not have an opportunity to reschedule it.

The program begins on the date purchased and ends six months later (“End Date”). (For example, a program purchased on January 1 ends on July 1; a program purchased on January 15 ends on July 15.) The Program expires if all sessions have not been completed within 30 days after the End Date.

The cost of the 3-Month Program is $900 for three months. Payments of $300 are due each month for three months and will be automatically billed to the Client’s credit card on file. (For example, a program purchased on January 15 will be automatically billed on January 15, February 15 and March 15.) Defaulted payments will result in program services being withheld until payment is confirmed.

The Client understands that there is no refund offered should they choose to withdraw from the Program.

The Coach reserves the right to cancel the Program if at any point they feel it is not advantageous to the Client for the coaching Program to continue. If this happens, the Client is only responsible for the prorated share of coaching services received.

The Client has unlimited access to health coach messaging between sessions, for the purpose of sharing program-related information, asking program-related questions, or inquiring about program-specific details. Please allow up to 48 hours for the Coach to respond. Improper use or abuse of the system, per Coach interpretation, will result in message access being revoked.

The Program uses web-based technology to connect the Coach and Client and share information in a secure environment. The Client is responsible for setting up and maintaining their own account in the web-based coaching platform. The specific coaching platform is subject to change; if there is a change, the Client will be notified in writing. The Client agrees to abide by the terms of use of any program-related software, including but not limited to the web-based coaching platform.

The Client acknowledges that the Client takes full responsibility for the Client’s life and well-being and all decisions made during and after this program. The Client expressly assumes the risks of the Program, including the risks of trying new foods or supplements, and the risks inherent in making lifestyle changes. The Client releases the Coach from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, which the Client ever had, now has or will have in the future against the Coach, arising from the Client’s past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to, the Program, unless arising from the gross negligence of the Coach.

The Coach will keep the Client’s information private and secure, and will not share the Client’s information to any third party unless compelled to by law. The Client’s personal information is used solely for the purpose of transacting payment and carrying out necessary program communication.
